ATCSAcademic Technology and Computing Services is located in the Halle library and is a department within the Divsion of Information Technology.
Faculty, staff and currently enrolled students have access to training through IT Training Workshops. Staff and faculty can acquire additional skills to manage computer tasks using Banner and WebCT. The IT Help Desk provides walk-up help in addition to help by phone or email requests for computer users at Eastern Michigan University. The Help Desk has the latest virus information and antivirus software updates online. Faculty, staff and students can get connected from their home computers using instructions provided on the Help Desk webpages. IT Computer Labs, located in the Halle library, McKenny Union and Owen, have computer hardware and software to help all members of the campus community work on their latest projects.
