Printing Policy

Students may print from our printers, we do ask however that:

  • You print only two sets of of your document. Extra copies will be subject to forfeiture.
  • Limit printouts to no more than 25 pages
  • No special paper may be used in the labs (i.e. resume paper, transparencies, colored paper, etc.)

In the Spring 2008 semester, IT will begin a print cost recovery program. For more information, please visit printing.emich.edu

Disruptive Behavior

The computer labs are intended for students to be able to fulfill their academic needs with a minimal amount of distraction. For this reason, conversation levels should be kept at a reasonably low level. Cell phone ringers should be turned off and users should step outside before receiving or placing a call. Patrons causing disruptions will be asked politely to stop. Should problems persist, the lab staff will involve the Department of Public Safety as necessary.

Food and Drink

Food and/or drink are not allowed in the labs.
