Job Titles and Responsibilities

Lab Attendants

Lab Attendants help clients in the labs, by attending to their basic computer needs.

Senior Lab Attendants

Senior Lab Attendants have at least one semester of experience as a lab attendant and have completed training on Microsoft Office products and Eastern Michigan University's online systems.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to be eligible to work on-campus during the fall and winter semesters, you must be enrolled in classes. The maximum hours you are allowed to work in the labs, during fall and winter semesters, is 20 hours per week.

During the spring and summer semesters, you must fulfill one of two options in order to be eligible. You must either be enrolled in the fall semester, or be enrolled in the current semester (spring or summer) to work for that semester. The maximum number of hours you can work during the spring and summer is 40 hours per week.
