Information Technology (IT) Security Information
Eastern Michigan University regards security and confidentiality of data and information to be of utmost importance.
This office will provide leadership, oversight, and development for security policy, processes, standards, guidelines, and training to maintain and safeguard the integrity of Eastern Michigan University's information resource through utilization of cost efficient, creative, and progressive security concepts. Security specific policies are available for viewing at IT Policy.
If at anytime a possible or potential information security risk is identified report the incidence.
Eastern Michigan University is governed by both Federal and State Laws regarding the protection of individual and financial records.
