Minimum Support Standards

Each year the Computer Refresh Program committee determines a set of minimum support requirements for computer systems on campus. Computers which fall below the minimum standards will not be supported.

2008/2009 Standards (effective 1/7/2008)
PC Minimum Standards
• Windows 2000 or XP
• 512 MB of RAM
• 1 GHz or faster processor
• 20 GB hard drive
• Microsoft Office 2003
Mac Minimum Standards
• Mac OS X 10.3
• 512 MB RAM
• 500 MHz G3 processor
• 20 GB Hard drive
• Microsoft Office 2004
